Artichokes in different styles  with ficelle of foie.

Salad with berries, goat cheese,nuts and chardonnay vinaigrette.

  Avocado with smoked salmon tartar and tomato.


Two croquetes ( crab – squid and squid ink )

        Canelonnis of duck  and apple.

 Ok cheek with cabernet vsauvignon reduction.
