Canelonni stuffed of cod brandade,  vegetable chips

             and  cod  mouselin .

Green asparagus and  shrimps  with parmesan cream.

             Chickpeas with prawns .

Seconds

 Smoked salmon tartar with pomegranate and avocado.

 Casserole of meat balls with mushrooms and potato.

  Duck with raisins, plums and chestnuts.
