Starters

    Duck mousse terrine with toast sorbet.

Salad with mackerel and  tomatoes and

           almonds vinaigrette.

 Breaded shrimp tails with sauteed vegetables.

Seconds

Carpaccio of figs, manchego cheese and iberian ham.

Ricotta and spinachs crep with burrata and basil sauce.

Beek cheek with wine and red fruits reduction .
