Starter

  Gin tonic sorbet with  prawn and bacon skewer.

Salad with goat cheese and quince balls and almonds.

         Mix of  cabbage and potato with pork bacon

   Seconds

Two blinis with smoked salmon and anchovie and

             tartar   sauce

Cod with spinach,raisins,pine nuts and garlic mousseline

Small fillet of  beef  with café from París sauce.
