- Artichokes cream with small cubes of sausages
- Grilled eggplant with goat cheese and honey
- Lazy omelette of green garlic, asparagus and shrimps

- Duck and pear canelonni with Porto sauce
- Baked sea bream with vegetables
- Small veal fillets with mustard sauce and fried artichokes
